Miksang

Miksang is a Tibetan word that translates as "Good Eye", and is based on the
Shambhala and Dharma Art teachings of the late meditation master, artist, and
scholar Chogyam Trunga, Rinpoche. In the fall of 2009 I took a Level
One Miksang class.   Looking and Seeing: Introduction to Contemplative Photography.
I learned how to "see" color, form and light... We also discussed "flash of perception"
which discloses a direct presentation of the phenomenal world.
